Enjoy free standard shipping on eligible orders of $150 or more. The free-shipping discount is applied when the order meets the threshold at checkout.

Most orders require 3–4 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include transit time. Personalized orders may require additional time if order details need clarification.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personalization details submitted by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review and resolve the issue. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
